At TacnIQ.ai, we’re redefining how machines understand the physical world. While most AI companies focus on vision or language, we’re pioneering Tactile Intelligence — AI that senses, learns, and responds through touch.

Our first product, Backy, is a smart belt that detects unsafe lifting postures and provides real-time haptic feedback to prevent injury. Powered by what is likely the world’s first commercially deployed tactile AI model, Backy is already creating measurable impact in logistics, construction, and healthcare.

This internship is your chance to get hands-on at the intersection of growth and deep tech, learning how to scale a frontier AI company from the ground up. You’ll run experiments, test bold ideas, and gain mentorship from experienced founders while making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute growth experiments across digital channels (paid, organic, referral, partnerships).

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Help create and optimize campaigns across social media, email, and landing pages.

  • Collect and analyze user data to understand behavior and evaluate campaign performance.

  • Collaborate on content marketing, SEO, and community-building initiatives.

  • Present findings and propose actionable improvements based on experiment results.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in startups, growth strategies, and digital marketing.

  • Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and testing new ideas.

  • Creative thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

  • Experience with no-code tools (Webflow, Zapier, Airtable).

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or frontend development.
